Quick verdict: Mille Plant Protein makes the most sense as a low-commitment trial option for buyers who want to test a vegan protein formula before moving to a full-size tub. It is more useful for sampling digestion, taste, and routine fit than for anyone looking for long-term value per serving.
Who this plant protein is best for
- First-time plant-protein buyers who want a small test pack instead of a 1kg commitment.
- People checking whether a vegan protein suits their digestion and daily routine.
- Users who want a travel-friendly backup sachet-style protein option.
Who should skip it
- If you already know you want a full-size tub with better value per serving.
- If your main goal is heavy post-workout use over several weeks.
- If you need a product with broader established buyer feedback before testing.
Key specs at a glance
- Type: Vegan protein with fermented yeast protein positioning
- Format: 38g coffee-hazelnut trial pack
- Best for: sampling taste, digestion, and routine fit
- Trade-off: Easy entry point, but not the best value format for regular use
Mille Plant Protein review
The biggest advantage here is flexibility. A small trial pack lowers the risk for buyers who are curious about vegan protein but do not want to commit to a large tub immediately. That matters because plant proteins can feel very different from whey in flavour, texture, and satiety.
For TitanFit readers, this is better viewed as a testing option than a full recommendation for long-term supplementation. If you want to check whether a vegan blend works for your stomach, mixes well enough for your routine, or suits coffee-style flavour preferences, this kind of pack is practical.
As long as you treat it like a sampler rather than a full monthly solution, it serves a clear role. Buyers who want a dependable everyday vegan protein will still want to compare full-size alternatives after the initial test.

Great alternative for people trying to switch to vegan protein
The truth is- As much as I like the taste of Whey protein, I cannot consume it because of the sheer amount of bloating it causes (I have IBS, which makes it worse)I’ve been on the lookout for a good alternative protein for a while and I’ve tried the popular alternatives (looking at you cosmix) and other unconventional ones too (like provilac’s lactose free protein milk). This is the closest i’ve come to finding an alternative that not only tastes good (especially for a plant protein), but blends easily and caused only a minimal amount of bloating.Time will tell if continued use changes my opinion, but as of now I’m pleasantly surprised and definitely recommend this to people in the same boat as me.
