I have purchased this protein powder only because of Gaurav Taneja and the trust i have in him.And here are some of insights i have gained:Taste: 9.5/10 (Good Taste)Mixability: 7/10 (I have mixed the protein powder in a shaker for around 30 seconds but still there’s a thin layer stuck at the bottom of my shaker, which can be improved because in the packet it was mentioned to shake for 10 seconds)Recovery: 10/10 (After taking this protein powder, I can see that the muscle soreness is gone, and also i can see tangible results)Costing: 8/10 (It would be better if this protein can available under 1700-1800 INR)Digestion: I have been taking this for more than 2 weeks there’s no bloating i have faced till now, but you will face some if you take milk or chai after taking it.Overall a great protein you can have to get good results in the gym.
