Absolutely no bloating! Lots of brands claim to have the lightest protein, but they have always caused bloating. This one is truly light, fast absorbing, easily digested without bloating side effects.The flavour of vanilla can be consumed as is with some milk for a delicious vanilla milkshake.I can pair it with any fruit for a smoothie.It’s a versatile base flavour that goes down quite smoothly.Chilled milk has given me the best flavour.Best with milk, good with water also.I’m consuming it mostly to meet my protein needs, not so much for weight loss. Hence, I use milk mostly.Post workout, easy milkshake, aiding recovery and no side effects. If paired with fruit, it’ll further support the probiotics in the product to aid better gut health.

I tried many protein supplements but this one stands out of the best. The flavor is absolutely delicious and texture is smooth. What I loved the most that it doesn’t cause bloating unlike other whey protein, that I’ve had in past, so if anyone is looking for clean, easy to digest, tasty protein I highly recommend giving this one a shot

Buyer beware
The first order of this whet powder worked well. It mixed easily, tasted good and has no issues with digestion .I re-ordered it a month later just a few days ago before writing this review and the second batch is terrible. It doesn’t mix at all even with boiled water. It forms into undigestible clumps and is completely unusable.Amazon, unfortunately does not allow return of this product so I tossed the whole thing. A waste of money.Pretty upset and no longer trust this company. Good luck if you order from them depending on which batch you get. That could work well, or be completely useless.Finding a different product now. This one is unacceptable.
