Good Filtration, But Be Prepared for a Tasteless Experience
TrueBasics is a solid company, and you can tell the filtration and powder quality are top-tier. However, be warned: this powder is completely tasteless. While that sounds fine at first, drinking something bland every single day gets boring fast! My mom even suggested adding sugar just to give it some life. Moms are so innocent and cute 😭😭😭😭😭Usage Tips:Mixing: It’s quite hard to dissolve. Istruggled with shakers until I switched to a glass bottle, which works perfectly and doesn’t hold that sour milk smell like plastic does.With Milk: I only drink this with milk, which helps slightly with the texture, but the flavor remains very weak.Cooking Warning: Do NOT try to mix this into roti flour. It makes the rotis stiffer than bhaakri and doesn’t add any good flavor. Keep it as a drink.Overall, if you want a clean, high-quality protein and don’t mind the lack of flavor, this is great. But if you get bored of ‘bland’ easily, you might want to look for a flavored version.

It’s very light on your stomach especially for a person like me who has been through multiple stomach surgeries, easy to digest blends easily very costly but it’s the best choice if u want something which is safe. My mother also uses it along with me she has digestion issues but this is light on her stomach as well
