    The product is used for preparing macarons .It seems oily n sticky which is not good for macarons Two times tried to form a good peaked meringue but wasted.Third time got to know its sticky and can’t make macarons with it.pls help

    Last time this worked well but this time package seal was open. Expired and manufacturing date misprinted. It doesn’t work the purpose
