Damaged and bad product
The product quality is not good, and I received a damaged container from the bottom. The taste is fine, and it mixes well, but I wouldn’t recommend it for muscle growth. I’ve been using it for the past month and haven’t gained any muscle mass. In fact, I feel like I’ve actually lost muscle while taking it.
