The chocolate flavor is natural and too good and it blends smoothly in both water and milk Each 30 g scoop gives about 21.6 g protein and only around 115 kcal .It’s easy on my stomach—with no bloating, even after workouts . I have been using this for the last seven months and it has worked really well for me. This is concentrate not isolate. Note that.
First, I didn’t realise that this isn’t isolate. I should’ve picked up on that. Concentrate has higher lactose and that just doesn’t work for my body. So maybe the product is fine but not for me.The flavour is nice. The consistency too, due to the additional lactose and fat, I guess.
