Description
Quick Verdict: HealthOxide My First Protein is built for absolute beginners who want a gentler entry point into protein supplements, with a lower-protein multi-source blend that feels more like a daily nutrition product than a hardcore gym formula.
Best For
- Beginners who feel overwhelmed by aggressive bodybuilding-style whey products

Not Ideal For
- Regular gym users who already know they need a stronger whey or isolate
- Anyone chasing the best protein-per-scoop value
- People who want a simple whey-only formula with cleaner sports-nutrition macros
Key Specs

- Format: multi-source beginner protein blend
- Added support: 26 vitamins and minerals
- Flavour: chocolate
- Pack size: 1kg
- Use case: beginner routines, light daily nutrition support
What this beginner protein is really like
This is not the kind of product that suits experienced lifters trying to maximise protein intake. Instead, it fits the buyer who wants a softer, less intimidating first step before moving toward a more serious whey supplement.
The lower protein density means it works better as a beginner nutrition bridge than as a strong post-workout recovery option. That can still be useful for hesitant first-time buyers, especially if they care more about routine-building than advanced macros.
The obvious trade-off is value. If your goal is efficient muscle recovery, stronger whey products deliver much more protein per scoop.
Pros
- Approachable positioning for complete beginners
- Added vitamins and minerals may feel reassuring to general wellness buyers
- Less intimidating than many gym-focused whey products
- Can work as a transition product for light daily use
Cons
- Protein-per-scoop is low compared with true whey products
- Not a strong value pick for muscle-building goals
- Multi-source blend is less clean than a straightforward whey option
Who Should Buy or Skip?
Buy it if you are just starting out and want a softer, less aggressive protein product for daily routine-building.
Skip it if you already train consistently and want a more efficient whey or isolate for recovery.
Final TitanFit Take
HealthOxide My First Protein makes sense mainly as a beginner-comfort product, not as a high-value performance protein.

A good product for beginners
Taste of product is really good but I myself, only wish that they should increase the protein % by atleast 5-6% . That means, it should contain atleast 15-16 gms protein per scoop.
