Quick Verdict

Fast&Up Whey Essentials is a practical daily-use protein for buyers who want a mainstream whey blend with enough recovery support to feel complete without becoming an overly expensive premium isolate. With 24g protein, added BCAAs, glutamine, and an 800g tub size, it fits best as an everyday gym routine pick for regular training.

Best For

  • Buyers looking for a mid-range daily whey rather than a tiny trial pack or giant bulk tub
  • Regular gym users who want a straightforward post-workout recovery blend
  • People who like having BCAA and glutamine support built into the formula
  • Beginners stepping up from generic protein options to a more recognizable sports-nutrition format

Not Ideal For

  • Buyers who specifically want a pure isolate
  • Users trying to maximize the cheapest possible cost per serving
  • Anyone who wants an unflavoured or simpler ingredient-first protein

Key Specs

  • Protein: 24g per serving
  • Added support: 5.5g BCAA and 4g glutamine
  • Format: Whey isolate + concentrate blend
  • Pack size: 800g / 1.7 lb
  • Flavour: Rich Chocolate
  • Use case: Everyday post-workout recovery and daily protein support

Fast&Up Whey Essentials Review

This product sits in a useful middle ground. It is not trying to win on ultra-clean isolate macros, and it is not just a bare-bones concentrate either. That makes it easier to recommend to buyers who simply want a solid daily recovery whey from a familiar performance brand.

The added glutamine and BCAA positioning gives it a little more stack-like appeal for shoppers who want a single tub that feels more complete. In practice, the real value still comes from whether the serving cost stays sensible and whether the taste and digestion work for regular use.

Overall, Fast&Up Whey Essentials looks strongest as a dependable routine protein for general gym use. It is less about chasing elite-spec numbers and more about delivering a balanced daily recovery option that is easy to keep using.

Pros

  • 24g protein is solid for everyday recovery use
  • BCAA and glutamine support make the formula feel more complete
  • 800g size is practical for buyers who do not want a huge commitment
  • Easy shortlist fit for regular gym users and beginners

Cons

  • Not the best fit for buyers chasing isolate-level macro cleanliness
  • Flavoured blend may not suit people who prefer simpler ingredient lists
  • Value depends heavily on real per-serving pricing

Who Should Buy or Skip?

Buy it if you want a dependable daily whey blend with a little extra recovery support and a manageable mid-size tub.

Skip it if you want either the cheapest basic whey possible or a more premium isolate-focused formula with stricter macros.

Seems to be good value || Please Read Updated Review Below
Been having this twice a day since I’m on an aggressive low carb calorie deficit diet trying to lose weight in the gym, and need the extra protein. In the last 5 days I’ve been having it, I’m happy to report that there is no flatulence or irregular/upset stomach so far. It’s too early for results, so I’ll come back with that in about a month or so.Taste is a highly subjective matter, and a lot of reviews here rave about how good the taste is. Personally, I think the smell is good, but the actual taste is awful to me. I just gulp it down to avoid getting it on my palate. It mixes well though, no complaints there.Giving it 4 stars for now because it’s been good to my stomach (no gas at all), and I’ve already ordered the 60 serving pack, so I’ll update my review about it’s actual effectiveness in about a month from now.UPDATE 1/11/2021: I have now been having this supplement for one and a half months, and I can now give a better, more thorough review. I am also now better informed on supplements and nutrition in general, so I hope this will help others in their shopping decisions.1st, I have no reason to doubt the numbers claimed by Fast & Up. You need 1.8gm of protein per Kg of body weight a day to gain/maintain muscle when working out. For me, that works to about 165gm of protein I should consume a day. Since I’m currently in a calorie deficit diet, I plan my meals to give about 120gms of protein, and 2 servings of this supplement to get me across the line. Yes, I have seen modest muscle growth, enough to be convinced that the whey protein amount here is actually what it says it is.So, without an accompanying good diet plan, don’t expect that you will ever see gains just by having this once or twice a day.I have switched to another brand that claims 29.5gms of protein/scoop at a similar price, but I have upgraded my rating for this product to 5 stars as it is exactly what it says, mixes really well, and does not bloat the stomach. If my experience with the other product is not good, I will surely return to Fast&Up, and I highly recommend this product given my experience with it.

    Good for the price
I ordered this after a lot of research online and asking a trusted certified nutritionist who has done an independent lab test of this brand and i am satisfied with the purchase. The package was delivered in 2 days ,the box was brand new and i verified the code and got the confirmation for its authenticity easily. The scoop was buried a little bit inside but was able to take it out with a spoon. Now the most imp part, the taste is good enough for me. Its sweet with a mild hint of chocolate, like diluted Horlicks/Mylo. Not a very strong flavor but i liked it as earlier i used to have raw unflavored whey. Results will be seen after a few weeks. No bloating or indigestion experienced.Update after a month – The experience and results were good so ordered another box. Love the new feature they added in it ,there is a small hook to hang the scoop !! Brilliant.Update 2 – Ok so after using the 2nd box i can make out that this is not the same thing, the taste is different from the previous one, its chocolate but with a hint of coffee now ! On top of that the mixability is very bad ,it always has lumps now matter how much i shake it. Not ordering again for sure.

    Better one than competitors
First of all it is for beginners. And in my opinion if you are looking for taste please dont go for this product because the taste is lame otherwise product is overall good. Easy to digest. Mixibility is amazing.

    Amazing product. Value for money
I purchased coffee flavour and it is very amazing just feels like cold coffee. Also please do not get confused by other customers review. There are people who do not know how to use whey and also don’t know how to mix it properly and blame the product for their lack of knowledge. It’s mixability is good tase is good and also as per lab report it has 24 gm of protein in its one heaping scoop. You will not get flavoured protein in such cheaper price that. Protein is awesome and so are results when used with proper diet and workout. Idiots don’t follow strict regime and blame the product. I tried to explain everything as I could in a straight forward manner. Thank you. Happy lifting.

Horrible taste, I ignored the negative reviews and I regret it.
NEW REVIEW:I’ve bought this product 4-5 times before and I’d say the taste and mixbility was amazing. But with the latest delivery had horrible taste and smell. It disappointing to see that the taste and smell changes from batch to batch. I’ll avoid fast&up going forward because I can’t be a part of a lucky draw to see if I’ll get a good batch.I still love the taste of the older package I had.MY OLD REVIEW:Good for beginners and taste is really good. I look forward to having this post workout. I’ve tried MY PROTEIN but it doesn’t mix well and on the other side fast and up mixes pretty fast and very well.I would recommend this protein powder.

    Well needed tips
The fast & up Whey Protein is the best whey protein i have ordered till date because of the mixability it offers is just amazing and it has a very good taste and texture of chocolate flavour . Best recommended after a workout with water and it helps to grow the muscles and repair them in a faster way , i have tried many other whey proteins in this price range but with my perception this whey protein turns out to be the best in the price segment because of the quality of whey it offers is very good , i would recommend it to everyone , try it once and you would definitely like this product.👍

  7. DHRUBAJYOTI CHAKRABORTY

    Seems good apparently
This product seems great on papers , I have just started consuming it. Hopefully it will give good results on my efforts, and trusts. The only real concern for gym goers like us is it’s genuinely and uncompromising quality with real Ingredients! We want to be on safer side, can’t effort to geoperdise our health and systems. The company must listen to this , take a serious note on this.
