“Solid Results – Great Taste and Mixability!”
I’ve been using Extreme Whey for the past 3 weeks and I’m genuinely impressed. The chocolate flavor is rich and not overly sweet, which is a huge plus. It mixes very smoothly in just a shaker—no lumps or weird aftertaste.What I really love is the high protein content per scoop (25g) with added BCAAs and digestive enzymes. I’ve noticed better recovery after workouts and less bloating compared to other whey proteins I’ve used before.Also appreciate that it’s low in carbs and sugar-free, which fits perfectly with my lean muscle goals.

Milk Chocolate – Excessive flavour and artificial sweetener
Giving the protein powder 2 stars for flavour only. The ingredient list said 0 added sugars, #contains artificial zero calorie sweetener, but how much? I am a person with a sweet tooth and enjoy desserts and sugary foods, but this was too much even for my liking.Unfortunately, I bought a 2kg box, which means I will be consuming it whether I like it or not and hope that I see muscular gains and recovery results at least. Will write another review after a few months on effectiveness for gains.I haven’t tried the other flavours, so wouldn’t know if the excessive sweetness is a common factor.I would recommend trying smaller packs first and make a more informed purchase, unlike me.
