Results in nausea
Taste is bad. It doesn’t suit everyone. It results in nausea even on taking just half the recommended dosage. Full dosage causes full fledged vomiting bouts. Avoidable. The three stars are because it may be effective in improving protein levels and energy levels. But not worth the experience. Since it is so expensive, the choice is between wasting the money and self torture of finishing it.

I have ordered this protein powder for my wife as one of my friend suggested. I am writing this review after using it for a week. We can clearly see the difference in this week. Now my is more active and enegergized all day. Women need more protein than we think. A genuine review from a instagram blogger( QUICK_HEALTHYBITES). I love this product to the core. It’s absolutely healthy, soy free, Gluten free, zero sugar and easily digestible. It keeps me fuller for hours once you have this. Its will give your protein requirements being as a vegetarian also. I have started in taking half scoop of protein powder in my morning smoothies, coconut water or milk. The flavor is heavenly good and smell and tastes chocolaty. As a fitness enthusiastic even after a heavy workout(cardio and strength training) it’s kind of great fuel( post workout meal) to your body to meet all protein requirements. This is really amazing based on your health issues, body toning and will help you in maintaining your BMI(body mass index).

It is very happy for me to share about this excellent product. This is very proteinicious. I love the product. Purchased just 6 days ago. I feel very uncomfortable with the price, I consider it to be less than 30$ because it is about 1450/- Rs in India, but in US it is too much nearly 3 .5 times the price.
