.atom plant protein is good in texture and mixing with water Islike whey protein but taste is not too good but not too bad all can consume can not give taste equal to whey but tastes good can consume every day..beginners and vegan guys who are looking for protein can consume it…pls dont regret it cor taste its well and good to consume….

Worth a try
I tried this item as part of my attempt to transition away from Whey Protein.The texture is slightly gritty, the taste and flavour are alright but could use some improvements and mixability is pretty good. It is fairly light on the stomach and I haven’t used it long enough to comment on its effectiveness.For anyone moving from Whey Protein, expect the flavour and texture to be underwhelming. If the item is judged on its own merit, I’d say its a work in progress but worth an attempt.

Tastes awfull – stay away
It is good as protein supplement but the ashwagandha extract makes it awful to taste. Mixability is below average and their is a sour after taste due to ashwagandha which makes you regret putting this thing in your mouth. If you are one of the few guys who thinks ashwagandha works…then this one is for you else run away

I thinks it’s one of the best and reliable source of plant protein in India.Asitis is a trusted brand. The powder settles at the bottom after some time but that’s not a problem for me as I consume it in a shaker. Make sure you drink enough water for easy digestion.
