Well talking about the flavour that it has More than 18 different flavours than any other whey protein manufacturer has.For better results take it immediately after your workout and try to take minimum 2 to 3 scoops daily as i take 1 scoop one hour later in morning after breakfast mixed with yoghurt and 1.5 scoop after workout in evening but keep in mind don’t eat for 1 hour after consuming it let it get digested and then take your meals otherwise you are wasting your whey protein.Tips to find the product is genuine or not1. Very bad whey protein that gives allergic reaction on the body. It gave me cloud of acne on my forehead from the day i started consuming it, leaving me many marks on my forehead.
